From initial contact with the client, we aim to interact in a friendly, timely and candid manner. All information requested by the customer for a particular project, is shared as precisely as possible with the information provided.

Once we have agreed on a suitable time to meet we will carry this out in a professional manner, adhering to the procedures you want to be followed in your home as if it were our own. We will get to know you and what you want from the furniture you would like built. At this stage we will take approximate measurements to enable us to make sketches, which will help you to envision the build.

Once you have chosen us to make and fit your furniture, we would then look at more precise measurements and computer drawings if required to pin down the best design to suit your wants and needs. When this has been agreed upon, the build begins in the workshop. It is then spray painted to the colour of your choice. Then all that is left is to fit the furniture and for you to enjoy! 

Dean is the primary Carpenter and has an NVQ and diploma level 2 & 3 qualification in Carpentry. He has a CSCS card for safety in construction work.  Along with additional qualifications in English and Maths.

He has a vast range of experience in woodworking throughout various settings. These include domestic work of kitchens 2nd fix, 1st fix site work of stud walls, stairs and roofs to furniture building.
